The Nguyen Hoang Information Technology Investment and Development Corp (NHG Corp) signed two strategic partnership deals with the Trung Nguyen Group and Japan’s Internet Services Company on November 16.

Under the contracts, Trung Nguyen will buy 1 million NHG shares valued at more than 2.2 million USD or a 10.1 percent stake in NHG and the Internet Services will pay close to 1 million USD to own 450,000 shares or 4.55 percent.

These were the first partnership contracts of the NHG after it was transformed from a limited liability company into a joint-stock company in August with a chartered capital of 99 billion VND.

NHG General Director Hoang Quoc Viet expressed his confidence in obtaining a revenue of 700 billion VND in the fiscal 2007-2008 year.

NHG plans to develop its innovative iCare computer hospital and iSpace IT training centre. The company also eyes the American and European markets by contracting for manufacturing Dell computer appliances.
